Terms and Conditions
Providing notice is given in writing at least 2 weeks prior to course commencement our refund policy is as follows:

1. A full refund will be made less the course deposit of £300 and any accommodation or other charges incurred.
2. Original letters of acceptance and or certificates of enrolment must be returned to the school before a refund can be made. No refunds will be made where the school's facilities are used to obtain travel permits/visas.
3. No refunds can be made once your course has started.
4. No refunds can be made if you decide to withdraw from the course.
5. Refunds are made at the discretion of Alpha International.

Enrolment is subject to school rules and regulations. Alpha School of English reserves the right to suspend or expel any student for misconduct. No refund will be made in this case.
